Teams at Chiri

Lead a distributed engineering team while owning people management, delivery metrics, engineering operations, customer engagement, and hands-on full-stack development. Responsibilities include managing hiring and performance, resource allocation, tooling, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, security, deployments, and production support. The role also requires customer-facing technical leadership, architecture, coding, integrations, code reviews, and development of AI-powered applications.

Build polished, responsive front-end applications for Chiri Brain and client-specific AI solutions. Design user flows, prototypes, interfaces, reusable components, and design systems while integrating APIs, authentication, business data, agent workflows, and security controls. Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, rapidly prototype, gather feedback, and ship production-quality software. Help establish scalable front-end architecture and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Build and scale primarily backend-focused full-stack applications for Chiri and its clients. Develop APIs, integrations, frontend experiences, AI-powered solutions, automations, and internal products using Python and TypeScript. Translate business requirements into scalable systems, participate in architecture and code reviews, optimize performance and reliability, and own features through deployment and support while collaborating with engineers, product stakeholders, and clients.
