Own Chip’s website as a growth channel, leading strategy, SEO, GEO, conversion optimization, analytics, CRM integration, and financial-promotion compliance. Manage a team of two while partnering with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, Engineering, and Compliance. Drive organic traffic, sign-ups, acquisition costs, experimentation, site performance, accessibility, and the journey from website visit to first deposit.

Develop and execute lifecycle growth strategies across acquisition, activation, cross-sell, and retention. Design customer segmentation, journey logic, and rapid experiments; analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes. Manage campaign prioritization and delivery, write briefs and customer messaging, and collaborate with Product, Data, Compliance, and CRM teams. Ensure communications meet FCA financial promotion and Consumer Duty requirements while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle in a scaling, regulated fintech. The role provides practical employment advice, manages complex employee relations cases, improves policies and processes, supports onboarding, performance and compensation cycles, advises on organisational change, develops managers and People team members, and ensures compliance with UK employment law. It also involves clear employee communications and using AI tools and automation to improve People workflows.

Lead the analytics team, manage analyst performance and development, prioritize business data requests, and deliver reporting, dashboards, analysis, and operational controls. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams on feature tracking and reviews, maintain data and coding standards, oversee automation and tooling, and ensure data quality. The role requires strong SQL, BI, stakeholder management, data storytelling, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements within a regulated fintech environment.

Monitor product functionality, analyze and query data, build dashboards, provide management information, and support cross-functional decision-making. The role owns reporting processes, develops operational controls, investigates issues, and automates recurring analysis using SQL and Python. It also maintains coding and visualization standards, reviews other analysts’ SQL, and communicates data-driven insights to stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Own and evolve Chip’s data platform architecture, including scalable pipelines, medallion architecture, data modeling, governance, security, and self-service enablement. Establish engineering standards, apply Databricks and Terraform best practices, optimize performance, and mentor data engineers. The role requires hands-on expertise in Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL, databases, Git, infrastructure as code, and PII governance, with opportunities to re-architect the platform in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead Chip’s company-wide AI and business transformation in partnership with the COO and leadership team. Identify operational inefficiencies, redesign workflows and operating models, prioritize AI and automation opportunities, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation and measurable results. Improve accountability, execution visibility, decision-making, reporting, and organizational scalability while leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Own performance and scalability testing across a platform of microservices and event-driven systems. Design realistic load, stress, soak, and spike tests; define performance thresholds and SLOs; integrate tests into CI/CD; and diagnose regressions using observability data, logs, and distributed tracing. Build reusable test assets, influence architecture and delivery decisions, and drive stakeholders toward performance improvements. The role requires strong programming, microservices expertise, k6 experience, and proactive ownership.

Monitor product functionality and operational controls, investigate and help resolve issues, support customer operations, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role uses SQL for data analysis and extracts, produces dashboards and reporting, and automates or optimizes operational processes and management information.
