Develop and execute lifecycle growth strategies across acquisition, activation, cross-sell, and retention. Design customer segmentation, journey logic, and rapid experiments; analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes. Manage campaign prioritization and delivery, write briefs and customer messaging, and collaborate with Product, Data, Compliance, and CRM teams. Ensure communications meet FCA financial promotion and Consumer Duty requirements while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle in a scaling, regulated fintech. The role provides practical employment advice, manages complex employee relations cases, improves policies and processes, supports onboarding, performance and compensation cycles, advises on organisational change, develops managers and People team members, and ensures compliance with UK employment law. It also involves clear employee communications and using AI tools and automation to improve People workflows.
