Own segmentation, targeting, personalization, QA, deliverability, compliance, monitoring, and testing. Improve CRM build processes through reusable components, automation, AI experimentation, and new Braze capabilities. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Strategy, Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Content, and Compliance while supporting transactional communications migration.

Lead the end-to-end Pension product roadmap from concept to delivery within a cross-functional pod. Define requirements, leverage AI tools in product development, manage stakeholder and third-party relationships, set success metrics, and iterate using data to improve outcomes in a regulated fintech environment.
