Provides intensive, bilingual Spanish-English case management for formerly homeless residents in supportive housing. Conducts intakes, assessments, counseling, service planning, referrals, wellness checks, crisis de-escalation, conflict mediation, and housing-stability support. Coordinates with property management, social-service agencies, residents, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintains confidential records, tracks services and outcomes, supports grants and reporting, and participates in meetings, trainings, and community events.

The Accounting Manager oversees accounting, cash management, financial reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations, draw reviews, audits, and cost certifications for housing development projects. The role manages funding sources, regulatory compliance, GAAP reporting, intercompany transactions, financial projections, and process improvements. It supervises and trains development accounting staff, supports project and finance teams, coordinates with auditors and agencies, and ensures accurate documentation, internal controls, and timely reporting across complex affordable housing developments.

Ensures affordable housing properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Conducts file reviews and audits, verifies income and rent limits, updates compliance documents, supports inspections and lease-ups, prepares reports, develops corrective action plans, and trains property management staff. The role communicates with internal teams, regulators, funders, and investors while addressing reasonable accommodation requests and monitoring portfolio-wide compliance.

Work with Chinatown residents and stakeholders to conduct outreach, gather and analyze community input on housing, transportation, economic development, and open space. Draft responses to city plans, assess project impacts, facilitate workshops, provide public testimony, and support advocacy and project management for neighborhood planning initiatives.

Lead annual fundraising and donor relations, manage donor communications and data, cultivate mid-level donors and corporate partners, plan and run special events (including the annual gala and 50th anniversary activities), produce fundraising analytics and reports, and collaborate across teams to steward supporters and grow revenue.

Lead CCDC's HR function as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Oversee HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance), scale HR systems and team, drive workforce planning and learning, coach managers, and ensure equitable, culturally competent HR practices across the nonprofit.

Lead execution of the Director's marketing and communications strategy: manage projects, timelines, budgets, and vendors; produce copy and multimedia content across print, web, social, email, and press; uphold brand guidelines; support media/PR and crisis communications; track channel performance and reporting; and coordinate across departments to support fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.

The Senior Director of Portfolio Operations oversees property management and compliance teams, ensuring operational success, financial viability, and regulatory compliance while fostering community development and staff leadership.

Oversee regulatory compliance for CCDC's affordable housing portfolio: manage audits, income certifications, contract renewals, subsidy tracking, revenue budgeting, waitlists and lease-ups; supervise and train compliance staff; serve as liaison to HUD/SFHA and other agencies; provide Yardi support and develop compliance policies and reporting.
