Provide onsite administrative support for property management: process move-ins/move-outs, maintain tenant files and rosters, handle mail/phones, assist with rent collection, enter work orders in Yardi, triage tenant issues, and respond to after-hours building emergencies while living onsite.

Lead annual fundraising and donor relations, manage donor communications and data, cultivate mid-level donors and corporate partners, plan and run special events (including the annual gala and 50th anniversary activities), produce fundraising analytics and reports, and collaborate across teams to steward supporters and grow revenue.

The Senior Director of Portfolio Operations oversees property management and compliance teams, ensuring operational success, financial viability, and regulatory compliance while fostering community development and staff leadership.
