Supports corporate governance, entity management, board and committee administration, SEC and NYSE compliance, Section 16 reporting, proxy statements, insider trading compliance, SOX certifications, ESG reporting, contracts, records management, and legal department operations. It partners with infrastructure, application, asset management, ITSM, and service desk teams to ensure reliable configuration data supports incident, problem, change, asset, and impact analysis processes.

Conducts IT audits, SOX testing, risk assessments, and control evaluations across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, cybersecurity, data privacy, PCI DSS, and third-party risks. Recommends control enhancements, supports remediation, tracks audit projects, and partners with management to mitigate risks. The role requires experience with IT controls, technology infrastructure, information security, databases, networks, cloud environments, and Active Directory.

Leads Brinker International’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, threat detection, incident response, resilience, governance, compliance, vendor risk management, and restaurant payment security. Oversees protection of corporate, cloud, restaurant, and third-party environments while ensuring PCI DSS, SOX, privacy, and security framework compliance. Manages cybersecurity teams, audits, assessments, training, business continuity, and executive risk communication.

Leads indirect IT procurement across software, SaaS, professional services, and related technology categories. Owns sourcing strategy, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, contract terms, stakeholder alignment, supplier performance, and implementation handoff. Analyzes pricing, total cost of ownership, market data, and commercial risks while partnering with Legal, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Information Security.

Leads Brinker International’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including close and consolidation, SEC filings, technical accounting, internal controls, SOX compliance, external audits, and governance. Partners with executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions, growth, profitability, and finance transformation. Builds and develops a high-performing accounting organization while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for a publicly traded, multi-brand restaurant company.

Manages banquet and catering inquiries, qualifies event opportunities, prepares proposals, presents pricing and packages, secures deposits and contracts, and maintains CRM pipeline data. Converts leads into booked events while meeting sales goals, coordinating handoffs to Event Managers, and collaborating with banquet and culinary teams. Provides responsive guest communication, handles pre-handoff changes, and supports outbound sales efforts. The role is hybrid, combining on-site restaurant work with remote work and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Leads international training, performance consulting, and cross-functional projects for Chili’s franchise operations, primarily in Latin America. Builds relationships with franchise partners, coaches restaurant teams, supports openings and brand rollouts, develops training materials, presents seminars, and improves training systems and processes.
