Performs high-volume PCard and accounts payable reconciliations to the general ledger, identifies discrepancies, analyzes financial data using advanced Excel, tracks liabilities, supports month-end close, and maintains audit-compliant records. The role requires deadline management, collaboration with finance teams, and process improvement skills. It is hybrid in Coppell, Texas, with weekly work-from-home flexibility.

Supports corporate governance, entity management, board and committee administration, SEC and NYSE compliance, Section 16 reporting, proxy statements, insider trading compliance, SOX certifications, ESG reporting, contracts, records management, and legal department operations. Partners with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Sustainability, and executive leadership to manage governance requirements, compliance deadlines, corporate records, and public company reporting.

Owns the health, governance, accuracy, and maturity of Brinker’s ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management practices. The role resolves data quality issues, maintains CI and relationship standards, supports Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and integrations, and develops governance, lifecycle, ownership, and reporting practices. It partners with infrastructure, application, asset management, ITSM, and service desk teams to ensure reliable configuration data supports incident, problem, change, asset, and impact analysis processes.
