Lead clinical systems, analytics, BI and data governance for Behavioral Health and Community Services. Develop multi-year roadmap, oversee EHR and analytics platforms, manage staff and budget, drive reporting, quality, compliance, revenue optimization, AI/automation initiatives, training, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment to support operational and regulatory goals.

Provide mentorship, case management, and care coordination to justice-involved youth focused on reentry. Build trust, complete intakes and care plans, maintain frequent contact, connect youth to services (education, housing, employment, behavioral health), accompany to appointments, document case notes, and manage a caseload up to ten youth.

Manage a segment of HRIS including Workday configuration, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead system lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, support data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders. Mentor analysts and support HR across functions.

Provide direct case management and home visitation services to children, youth, and families using a whole-family, trauma-informed approach. Assess needs, develop plans, coordinate referrals, document services, participate in crisis intervention and community meetings, and maintain program outcomes and compliance.

Manage and coordinate workers' compensation, leaves of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work processes from intake through resolution. Partner with third-party administrators, brokers, carriers, managers, and HR stakeholders to maintain confidential records, ensure legal compliance (federal and California), prepare reports, and improve processes. Support case management, documentation, communication, payroll/benefits coordination, and escalation of complex matters.

Perform complex chart and program reviews to ensure contract compliance and program performance. Prepare for audits with EHRS, analyze documentation and billing codes for DMH contracts, develop tracking systems, provide documentation training, liaise with DMH and internal departments, and lead audit preparation and quality improvement activities while protecting PHI.

Provides high-level administrative support to the VP, managing complex calendars, confidential correspondence, meetings, and operational projects. Participates on project teams, maintains records, supports program operations (including travel arrangements and presentations), and handles PHI with confidentiality. Some roles require bilingual Spanish and assisting with time-sensitive clinical documents or medication tracking.

Provide behavior assessment, coaching, and interventions for children (0-5) in Early Head Start/Head Start. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, create and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, collect behavioral data, deliver trainings, and maintain documentation and confidentiality.

Manage and configure the organization's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud instance: administer users, roles, workflows, reports/dashboards, data quality, AppExchange apps, automation (flows/process builder), training, documentation, and coordinate with developers/partners for complex builds and integrations.

Supervise and train clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compliant client care and documentation. Monitor service delivery, provide clinical consultation, maintain community relationships, perform direct services as assigned, and oversee up to 10 direct reports.
