Provides peer support to individuals and families participating in parenting and behavioral health services. Co-facilitates parenting groups, connects families with agency and community resources, builds supportive relationships, supports records and quality improvement activities, participates in training and agency committees, and performs additional duties as assigned. The role requires lived experience navigating children’s behavioral health services, bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong interpersonal and administrative skills, and schedule flexibility for evenings and off-site work.

Lead and supervise an ABA clinical team, carry a small caseload, conduct functional behavior and skill assessments, design and monitor treatment and skill-acquisition plans, train and supervise BHTs and caregivers, review data and documentation, ensure compliance with policies and state supervision requirements, and collaborate with families, schools, and internal departments.

Lead Clinician supervises and trains clinical staff (BHTs, Behavior Consultants, Mobile Therapists), oversees assessments, treatment plans, utilization and level-of-service reviews, ensures regulatory and agency compliance, supports children, families and school communities, manages staffing and incident reporting, and collaborates with leadership to improve service delivery.

Coordinate lesson plans with families and schools, assess reading levels, document progress, deliver one hour of daily group instruction, obtain IEP/504 plans, attend team meetings and required trainings, and apply the Sanctuary Model.
