Provides intake assessments, individual and family psychotherapy, case management, care coordination, crisis intervention, treatment planning, discharge planning, and community-based support for children and families in school settings. Maintains clinical documentation, collaborates with schools and service providers, participates in supervision and trainings, and supports multidisciplinary care for children experiencing behavioral health crises.

Directs a community-based outpatient behavioral health program for children and families. Oversees clinical services, treatment planning, staff supervision, training, program operations, budgeting, billing, compliance, referrals, quality management, and relationships with providers, payers, and regulators. Develops new programs, supports trauma-informed care, monitors productivity, and ensures adherence to licensing and clinical practice requirements.

Provides trauma-informed psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for children experiencing crisis and behavioral health challenges. Completes clinical documentation, addendums, payer communications, and report co-signatures. Supports supervision and consultation for behavioral staff, participates in trainings, community presentations, stakeholder meetings, and evaluation-related projects while maintaining Pennsylvania licensure and clinical standards.

Lead an ABA clinical team while carrying a caseload: conduct functional behavior and skill assessments, design and monitor treatment and skill-acquisition plans, provide caregiver and staff training, supervise and evaluate BHTs, ensure documentation, compliance, and ongoing clinical quality, and collaborate with families, schools, and internal departments.

Manage stewardship and cultivation of foundation and corporate donors, research and write grant proposals, oversee reporting and compliance, manage donor portfolio and outreach, coordinate materials and engagement activities, and meet fundraising goals in support of the Director of Development.

Provide trauma-informed intake assessments, individual and family psychotherapy for children ages 2–14, complete CANS assessments, maintain accurate charts, participate in supervision and trainings, deliver emergency clinical services, and coordinate case management and discharge planning.

The AP Specialist manages accounts payable by processing invoices, employee reimbursements, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial practices.
