Lead and supervise an ABA clinical team, carry a small caseload, conduct functional behavior and skill assessments, design and monitor treatment and skill-acquisition plans, train and supervise BHTs and caregivers, review data and documentation, ensure compliance with policies and state supervision requirements, and collaborate with families, schools, and internal departments.
