Leads fundraising and communications strategy for a nonprofit organization, including individual, corporate, and foundation giving; major donor cultivation; grant development; special events; corporate partnerships; board and volunteer engagement; communications; media relations; and digital outreach. Supervises the development and communications team, oversees Salesforce records and fundraising operations, reports on outcomes to leadership, and supports organizational revenue and visibility goals.

Develops and implements standards-aligned curricula, lesson plans, and academic programming for elementary through high-school youth. Trains and supervises counselors and tutors, conducts student assessments, liaises with schools, parents, and educators, manages academic incentives and resources, maintains participant records, analyzes program data, and oversees academic requirements for funders.

Manages HR operations across multiple nonprofit sites, including regulatory clearances, audit-ready personnel records, Paycom administration, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, leave, compensation, employee relations, policies, records, and offboarding. Oversees compliance with federal, New York State, and New York City requirements; supports audits, reporting, workforce data integrity, mandated training, and manager guidance. Partners with leadership, Finance, Talent Acquisition, brokers, vendors, and program managers to maintain reliable employee lifecycle administration.
