Provide on-site clinical supervision and support to Access Center staff, assist with complex young adult cases and referrals, respond to traumatic events, support young adults connecting to services, and participate in team meetings and oversight with management.

Manage third-party medical billing: obtain authorizations, verify eligibility, prepare/submit claims, post payments, follow up on balances and discrepancies, prepare statements and billing reports, and recommend write-offs.

Provide mobile crisis behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, de-escalation, stabilization, safety planning, and disposition planning while co-responding with EMS. Coordinate psychiatric evaluations and community referrals, document care per standards, and support alternatives to ED or law enforcement involvement.

Provide system and network administration, troubleshoot escalated help-desk issues, maintain servers and virtual environments, implement patches and backups, support security and HIPAA-compliant systems, participate in on-call rotation, and assist IT projects alongside the Director of IT.

Provide administrative support to the ASPIRE Program Director and team: manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and events, track tasks and program data, prepare communications and materials, handle office logistics, and assist with projects as assigned.

Serve as administrative lead for Mobile Crisis Intervention, providing operational oversight, staffing coordination, clinical consultation, escalation management, documentation compliance, and continuity of care across shifts while supporting onboarding, training, and quality improvement.

Provide one-to-one, strength-based support to transitional-age youth, implementing behavioral health treatment goals, community engagement, and case management. Maintain caseload, collaborate with clinicians to develop individualized service plans, complete timely progress notes/billing, and transport clients as needed. Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends.

Provide in-home and community-based clinical interventions for youth (0-22) and families with acute mental health needs, using DSM-5 diagnostics, wraparound and strengths-based approaches to prevent out-of-home placements. Carry a caseload, co-create community service and treatment plans, coordinate integrated services, run psycho-educational groups, participate in team meetings and on-call rotation, maintain records, and travel within the program catchment area.

Therapeutic Mentors provide one-to-one support to youth, focusing on social-emotional needs and behavior management. Responsibilities include case management, developing service plans, and engaging clients in community activities.

The Clinician provides psychotherapy and treatment for mental health and substance use disorders in various settings, including clinics and schools. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, therapy sessions, care coordination, crisis management, and community education while maintaining client records and adhering to production expectations.

Therapeutic Mentors provide one-on-one support to youth addressing social-emotional and communication needs, assisting in daily living activities and fostering life skills.

The Clinician provides psychotherapy and behavioral health services, performing assessments and therapy for individuals and families, maintaining documentation, and coordinating care while working in various settings.

The Therapeutic Training & Support Staff collaborate with families to implement interventions that enhance communication and problem-solving, support treatment plans, and improve youth's behavioral health. Responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, and participating in a team-oriented approach to care coordination.

Must maintain flexibility in working hours and travel between locations as needed.
