The Post Adoption Specialist provides post-adoption support, conducts assessments, advocates for families, coordinates resources, and offers training for families and professionals.

Provide mobile, on-site crisis assessment, brief solution-focused interventions, safety planning, triage, and follow-up to stabilize adults and youth in the community and prevent hospitalization. Collaborate with families, providers, and program staff, complete intake and DSM-IV/V mental health exams, attend meetings, and travel across catchment areas. Work overnight shifts with essential-staff responsibilities.

Provide on-site clinical supervision and support to Access Center staff, assist with complex young adult cases and referrals, respond to traumatic events, support young adults connecting to services, and participate in team meetings and oversight with management.

The HR Coordinator manages onboarding, credentialing, recruitment, and compliance processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and supporting HR operations.

Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy across outpatient, school, home, and community settings. Manage caseloads, deliver crisis management and same/next-day urgent behavioral health services, complete billable documentation timely, coordinate care, and participate in supervision and training. Maintain required certifications and licensure.

Manage third-party medical billing for assigned payors: verify eligibility, obtain authorizations, submit claims, post payments, reconcile discrepancies, prepare client statements and reports, and follow up on outstanding balances and billing questions.

Serve as first-level EHR support, triage and document issues via phone/email/ticketing, perform basic troubleshooting, create/disable user accounts, escalate complex problems, assist with testing and maintenance, maintain HIPAA compliance and customer service.

Design, develop, and support custom business applications, integrations, workflow automations and BI/reporting across EHR, HR/Payroll, LMS and other systems. Build Power BI/Tableau analytics, Power Platform apps and automations, perform data modeling/ETL, ensure HIPAA compliance, support EHR upgrades, provide training and technical consultation, and lead IT projects and documentation.

The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides on-site clinical support for individuals in behavioral health crises, conducts assessments, and develops intervention plans to stabilize situations and prevent hospitalization.

Therapeutic Mentors provide one-to-one support to youth, focusing on social-emotional needs and behavior management. Responsibilities include case management, developing service plans, and engaging clients in community activities.
