Provide litigation counsel for the Chicago Park District across labor, employment, personal injury, contract, FOIA, and workers' compensation matters. Manage all litigation stages, draft legal documents, supervise support staff, advise departments, and represent the District at hearings, mediations, trials, and appeals.

Supervise and coordinate recreation and leisure programs at a park playground. Oversee staff, maintenance, safety, scheduling, registrations, inventory, community outreach, events, volunteer recruitment and recordkeeping. Ensure facilities are maintained and programs meet community needs.

Oversee instructional and maintenance staff, ensure safety and facility upkeep, manage inventory and records (registrations, fees, payroll, accidents), schedule events and facility use, recruit and train volunteers, publicize programs, and work with community groups to assess needs.

Manage and lead the Employee Crisis Support Team, delivering trauma-informed crisis response, supervision, training, EAP coordination, interagency partnerships, policy and protocol maintenance, data-driven program improvements, and grant support across the Chicago Park District.
