Lead development of CMAP's enterprise geospatial strategy, architecture, governance, standards, and platform roadmap. Manage modernization, platform upgrades, lifecycle processes, and authoritative regional datasets. Facilitate governance and architecture discussions, communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and build consensus across internal and external partners.
