Lead and support regional long-range and short-range land use and transportation planning projects, emphasizing bicycle and pedestrian planning. Provide policy development, technical assistance, data analysis and mapping, research, partner engagement, consultant management, project tracking, and budgeting while working with communities across the region.

Lead regional transportation policy direction and oversee planning and implementation programs. Manage and coach staff, ensure high-quality timely project delivery, translate regional goals into actionable strategies, and advance collaborative mission-driven work culture.

Design, build, and administer CMAP’s enterprise GIS platform, data pipelines, APIs, and analytical frameworks; set standards, deliver training, create self-service spatial tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate spatial analysis into planning workflows.
