Teams at Cherry Blossom PACE

Drive community engagement and referral growth for the PACE program across Alexandria, Fairfax, and Arlington. Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior housing communities, and local organizations; educate referral sources about PACE; and guide potential participants through enrollment. The role requires healthcare sales, outreach, or community relations experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and senior services.
