Provides assessment, counseling, and treatment for individuals with emotional, mental health, and substance abuse difficulties. Educates clients on addiction recovery skills, chemical dependency rehabilitation, available resources, and self-help groups. Requires culturally competent behavioral healthcare, professional maturity, continued development, Spanish fluency, clinical licensure, a related master’s degree, and reliable transportation.

Supervises counseling staff and facilitates behavioral health program activities, including client intake, orientations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group and individual counseling. Assumes program leadership in the director’s absence and supports culturally relevant, multicultural, and chemical dependency treatment services.

Provides managed care coordination, administrative support, and facility management assistance for the daily operation of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health clinic services. Responsibilities include clerical procedures, clinic coordination, and supporting program operations under the direction of the Program Director.

Provides case management and crisis intervention to Recovery House residents using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction approaches. Supports housing stability, recovery, independence, and community integration while coordinating mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services. Collaborates with residents, providers, and community partners and fosters a supportive residential community.

Provides assessment, therapeutic treatment, education, and recovery support for individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and substance-use difficulties. Collaborates on specialized services, including support for federal probation clients, and promotes client self-discovery, multicultural competency, and continued recovery. The role requires licensed counseling credentials, a related master’s degree, professional counseling experience, Saturday availability, and reliable transportation.

Evaluates, diagnoses, and medically manages clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, MOUD treatment, consultations, medication education, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The provider must be licensed in Connecticut, available Saturdays, culturally responsive to Latino and African American communities, and able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical teams.
