Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and consultation for clients with co-occurring disorders and substance use concerns. Deliver MOUD treatment, medication education, documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Work under the Medical Director and support culturally competent care for Latino and African American communities. Saturday availability required.

Provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed case management and crisis intervention for Recovery House residents. Coordinate mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and community supports to promote housing stability, strengthen recovery, support independence, and foster a positive residential community using strengths-based, harm-reduction, and culturally responsive approaches.

Assess and provide treatment to individuals with mental health, emotional, or substance use disorders. Deliver addiction education, counseling, care planning, and referrals; promote multicultural competency and recovery resources.

Supervise counseling staff and provide direct clinical services including intake, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group/individual therapy. Support program activities, ensure culturally relevant chemical dependency treatment, and assume leadership in the Program Director's absence.

Provide managed care coordination and administrative support for inpatient and outpatient clinic services. Assist with general clerical duties, facility management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations under the Program Director.
