Assess and treat individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, provide education and skills for recovery, engage with self-help resources, and develop culturally competent care. Deliver counseling services in an HRSA-approved location and support client progress toward recovery.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and consultation for clients with co-occurring disorders and substance use; administer MOUD, educate patients/families, document care, and participate in interdisciplinary teams. Must work Saturdays and engage with diverse communities.

Supervise and support counseling staff and provide direct client services including screening, intake, orientation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group/individual sessions. Facilitate program activities, ensure culturally relevant chemical dependency treatment, and assume leadership duties in the Program Director's absence.
