Provides managed care coordination, administrative support, and facility management assistance for the daily operation of inpatient and outpatient clinic services. Maintains clerical processes, supports clinic operations, and works under program director supervision while exercising some independent judgment. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, strong interpersonal and grammar skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of office experience.

Assesses and treats individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and substance abuse difficulties. Provides addiction education, rehabilitation support, and coping strategies while applying knowledge of chemical dependency resources and self-help groups. Promotes multicultural competency and maintains professional growth in a behavioral health setting.

Provides assessment and therapeutic treatment for individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and substance abuse difficulties. Supports clients transitioning from addiction to recovery through counseling, education, and self-discovery. Collaborates with program leadership on specialized services, including federal probation clients, while maintaining multicultural competency and continuing professional development.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and consultations for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include MOUD treatment, medication education, clinical documentation, gathering client histories, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. The role requires Saturday availability, culturally responsive care for Latino and African American communities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under a Medical Director’s supervision.

Supervises counseling staff and facilitates behavioral health program activities. Provides or oversees client screening, intake, family orientation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group and individual counseling. Assumes program leadership when the Program Director is absent and supports culturally relevant, multicultural, and chemical dependency rehabilitation services.

Provides case management and crisis intervention for formerly homeless Recovery House residents. Supports housing stability, recovery, independence, and community integration using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction approaches. Coordinates mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services with residents, providers, and community partners. Helps residents address challenges, build resilience, and achieve individualized goals.
