Teams at Chemical Abuse Services Agency, Inc.

Supervises counseling staff and facilitates behavioral health program activities, including client screening, intake, orientation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling. Assumes program leadership in the director’s absence and supports culturally relevant, multicultural, and chemical dependency treatment services.

Provides assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and substance abuse difficulties. Educates clients on addiction recovery skills, supports chemical dependency rehabilitation, connects clients with resources and self-help groups, and delivers culturally competent behavioral health care.

Provides case management and crisis intervention to formerly homeless Recovery House residents. Supports housing stability, recovery, independence, and community integration through trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction practices. Coordinates mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services with residents, providers, and community partners. Helps residents address challenges, build resilience, and achieve individualized goals within a supportive residential setting.
