Provides managed care coordination, administrative support, and facility management assistance for the daily operation of inpatient and outpatient clinic services. Maintains clerical processes, supports clinic operations, and works under program director supervision while exercising some independent judgment. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, strong interpersonal and grammar skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of office experience.

Assesses and treats individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and substance abuse difficulties. Provides addiction education, rehabilitation support, and coping strategies while applying knowledge of chemical dependency resources and self-help groups. Promotes multicultural competency and maintains professional growth in a behavioral health setting.

Supports clients transitioning from addiction to recovery through counseling, education, and self-discovery. Collaborates with program leadership on specialized services, including federal probation clients, while maintaining multicultural competency and continuing professional development.
