Own post-launch product health for connected electromechanical kitchen appliances: analyze RMAs and support data, perform hands-on root cause analysis, drive corrective actions with suppliers and factories, build dashboards and support documentation, coordinate firmware/ECN updates, and enable customer support and cross-functional teams to reduce returns and improve field reliability.

Lead product discovery and define requirements for connected appliance, mobile, and cloud software. Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and vendor management to drive cost savings across logistics, freight, packaging, distribution, and CapEx. Own supplier onboarding, audits, and production trials; negotiate software and service renewals; identify supply risks and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Attend trade shows to source suppliers and technologies.

Lead full-stack development of SAYDAR's financial and ERP-adjacent features. Build and maintain C#/.NET backends, RESTful APIs, Angular/NGRX frontends, realtime integrations, and ERP/accounting system integrations. Translate finance requirements into scalable solutions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial workflows and reporting.

Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring requirements and schedules are clear and teams are aligned. Communicate across technical and business teams, managing the full product lifecycle.

The AR Account Specialist manages invoicing, account maintenance, and payment reconciliation while resolving discrepancies, especially for Amazon accounts. Responsibilities include generating invoices, maintaining records, collecting payments, and preparing reports.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for SAYDAR, driving backend, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI-enabled initiatives. Improve scalability, reliability, observability, and automation while mentoring engineers and aligning technical direction with business goals.

Coordinate and track domestic shipments, communicate with carriers, warehouses, and brokers, prepare shipping paperwork and labels, respond to shipping emails, follow up on orders, and report delays to the team to ensure on-time delivery.
