Lead DTC ecommerce strategy for the company website on Shopify. Grow traffic and revenue through paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, email, SMS, and social. Improve conversion, merchandising, customer journey, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Partner with creative and marketing teams, run testing/optimization, analyze customer behavior and ecommerce performance, and strengthen direct customer relationships outside of marketplaces.

Own post-launch product health for connected electromechanical kitchen appliances: analyze RMAs and support data, perform hands-on root cause analysis, drive corrective actions with suppliers and factories, build dashboards and support documentation, coordinate firmware/ECN updates, and enable customer support and cross-functional teams to reduce returns and improve field reliability.

Support production of short-form social video and commercial content: film, edit, produce TikTok/Reels/Shorts, assist on-camera (hands-only), run TikTok Live streams, write captions, and contribute creative ideas and trend-driven formats.

Build and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps platforms to support model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Partner with ML engineers to enable Generative AI and LLM applications (including AWS Bedrock), improve automation, observability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency across development and production environments.

Lead and scale the Product Management function across multiple small-appliance categories. Manage and mentor Product Managers, set portfolio strategy and roadmaps, conduct market and consumer research, align cross-functional teams from concept through launch, track category KPIs, resolve cross-category roadblocks, and present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead category strategy and roadmaps for assigned small-appliance product categories. Use market and consumer research to identify opportunities, create product briefs, partner cross-functionally to drive products from concept through launch, track KPIs and customer satisfaction, and act as the category subject matter expert to align stakeholders and recommend improvements.

Lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and vendor management to drive cost savings across logistics, freight, packaging, distribution, and CapEx. Own supplier onboarding, audits, and production trials; negotiate software and service renewals; identify supply risks and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Attend trade shows to source suppliers and technologies.

Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring requirements and schedules are clear and teams are aligned. Communicate across technical and business teams, managing the full product lifecycle.

Lead full-stack development of SAYDAR's financial and ERP-adjacent features. Build and maintain C#/.NET backends, RESTful APIs, Angular/NGRX frontends, realtime integrations, and ERP/accounting system integrations. Translate finance requirements into scalable solutions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial workflows and reporting.
