Own post-launch product health for connected electromechanical kitchen appliances: analyze RMAs and support data, perform hands-on root cause analysis, drive corrective actions with suppliers and factories, build dashboards and support documentation, coordinate firmware/ECN updates, and enable customer support and cross-functional teams to reduce returns and improve field reliability.

Lead end-to-end UX design from requirements through delivery. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs. Contribute to and document design system components. Partner with PMs and engineers, conduct user research and usability testing, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design work and ensure high-quality implementation.

Lead company-wide HR programs to improve employee communication, recognition, engagement, training, and development. Plan events, run internal communications and newsletters, coordinate trainings and manager tools, track participation and outcomes, manage vendors and materials, and drive culture and employer branding initiatives from concept through execution.
