Coordinate retailer item setups, product launches, promotions, and purchase order resolution. Maintain promotional calendars, process documentation, SOPs, and trackers. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and retailers to ensure timely, accurate execution and continuous process improvements across retail operations.

Lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and vendor management to drive cost savings across logistics, freight, packaging, distribution, and CapEx. Own supplier onboarding, audits, and production trials; negotiate software and service renewals; identify supply risks and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Attend trade shows to source suppliers and technologies.

Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring requirements and schedules are clear and teams are aligned. Communicate across technical and business teams, managing the full product lifecycle.
