Sales and marketing internship for incoming J-1 interns in a hotel environment. Responsibilities are not specified, but the role requires strong English communication, professionalism, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of Delphi and Opera are desirable or beneficial.

Manage the resort’s stewarding team and oversee dishwashing, sanitation, equipment cleaning, inventory, storage, and F&B area maintenance. Schedule, train, recruit, and retain staff; prepare kitchen and banquet equipment for events; maintain cleanliness and trash systems; and support kitchen and banquet operations while meeting company standards.

Manage and coordinate conferences, corporate meetings, and special events at a luxury resort. Serve as the primary client contact, plan venue setups and event execution, coordinate team-building activities and culinary services, and ensure seamless event breakdown. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, flexibility for nights and weekends, and comfort working indoors and outdoors.

Supervise and support the stewarding team while maintaining clean, organized, safe, and sanitary kitchen, dishwashing, storage, and back-of-house areas. Assign tasks, train employees, conduct inspections, assist with cleaning and dishwashing, monitor equipment and supplies, enforce hygiene and safety standards, and support culinary, restaurant, and banquet operations. Requires flexible availability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Perform dishwashing and stewarding duties to maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, support kitchen workflow, and assist the kitchen team. Work flexible shifts and meet physical demands like standing, lifting, bending, and working in heat or outdoors.
