Process bi-weekly payroll, validate timekeeping, resolve punch discrepancies, support off-cycle and termination payrolls, generate payroll reports, maintain audit-ready records, assist month-end close, and coordinate with managers and internal teams on payroll issues.

Manage stewarding team to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and event setup/breakdown for kitchen and banquet operations. Recruit, schedule, train staff, maintain floor and equipment cleaning schedules, and support Executive Chef.
