Supervise and support the stewarding team while maintaining clean, organized, safe, and sanitary kitchen, dishwashing, storage, and back-of-house areas. Assign tasks, train employees, conduct inspections, assist with cleaning and dishwashing, monitor equipment and supplies, enforce hygiene and safety standards, and support culinary, restaurant, and banquet operations. Requires flexible availability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Perform dishwashing and stewarding duties to maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, support kitchen workflow, and assist the kitchen team. Work flexible shifts and meet physical demands like standing, lifting, bending, and working in heat or outdoors.
