Support hotel sales and marketing activities as a J-1 intern: assist with guest and staff communication, prepare documents and presentations using MS Office, perform administrative tasks, multitask proactively, and maintain attention to detail. Previous hotel system knowledge (Delphi/Opera) is a plus.

Lead and work alongside the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. Supervise, train, assign tasks, perform dishwashing and deep cleaning, monitor equipment and supplies, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and support culinary, restaurant, and banquet teams to ensure clean dishware and functioning kitchen operations.
