Lead enterprise sales and business development across the Eastern United States. Develop territory strategy, manage forecasts and budgets, recruit and coach Enterprise Account Managers, build executive customer relationships, and drive quota attainment. Analyze market trends and sales performance, apply value-selling methodologies, collaborate with marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success, and advise executives on resource allocation.

Improve the development lifecycle and accelerate production releases by building and operating cloud-native infrastructure. Maintain Kubernetes/Docker environments, design AWS infrastructure, implement IaC (Terraform), automate CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI), script tooling, and enforce networking, observability, and security best practices.

Leads the architecture and evolution of a cloud-native SaaS platform and AI-driven development ecosystem. Designs scalable, resilient, secure distributed systems; guides technical strategy, architecture documentation, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts; and drives improvements in reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence. Partners with product and engineering leaders, mentors technical teams, influences architecture without direct authority, and contributes to production software when needed.
