Support preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for US and some global operations. Analyze monthly business results, prepare reporting packages, perform pricing and profitability analyses, model scenarios for new business proposals, communicate with sales leadership, and assist on special projects to inform management decisions.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: greet visitors, answer calls, manage documents, enter repeat orders, maintain records and supplies, and assist internal departments to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Provide functional and technical support bridging SAP ECC and cloud initiatives (BTP/S4), manage incidents, scope enhancements, coordinate testing (UAT/integration), troubleshoot integrations (iDocs/APIs), assist with S/4HANA readiness, and document/process improvements aligned to SAP best practices.

Support press operators by building, staging, delivering, and installing press parts and materials on a Gallus RCS 430 printing press. Assist with cleaning, set-up, mounting plates, maintaining production area, operating parts washing units, and participating in process improvements. May work shifts, overtime, and perform tasks unsupervised.

Design and deliver Sub‑GHz and 2.4 GHz RF front ends and RF PCB layouts from architecture through production. Perform RF simulation, antenna integration, lab bring‑up, validation, and FCC/CE/UKCA certification. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and test teams, lead DFM/DFT and design reviews, and support NPI, field failure analysis, and manufacturing yield improvements.

Design and document manufacturable, cost-effective PCBs for RFID, IoT, and accessory products. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to develop footprints, generate fabrication files (Gerber), perform DRC, optimize layouts for high-speed, RF, and EMI performance, and support PCBA bring-up and troubleshooting.
