Designs and develops high-density analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal PCBs for RFID readers, IoT devices, and accessories. Responsibilities include schematic review, component selection, high-speed multilayer layout, signal integrity, prototype validation, board bring-up, troubleshooting, test procedure development, and fabrication documentation. Collaborates with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and vendor teams while supporting compliance, sustaining engineering, cost optimization, and production testing.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux platform software and Python-based microservices for edge devices. Implement REST APIs, device-to-cloud communication, OTA updates, telemetry, diagnostics, containerized deployments, testing, packaging, and release processes. Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot hardware/software interactions, support manufacturing and field issues, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring code quality, security, and operational supportability.

Design and deliver Sub‑GHz and 2.4 GHz RF front ends and RF PCB layouts from architecture through production. Perform RF simulation, antenna integration, lab bring‑up, validation, and FCC/CE/UKCA certification. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and test teams, lead DFM/DFT and design reviews, and support NPI, field failure analysis, and manufacturing yield improvements.

Validate end-to-end embedded Linux devices and edge platforms through system-level test plans, manual and automated test cases, hardware-in-the-loop and real-hardware validation. Focus on robustness, performance, upgrades, networking, APIs, and integration. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, SDET, manufacturing, and product teams to reproduce field issues, automate regression, document defects, and support release readiness.
