Selects materials, adhesives, inlays, chips, antennas, and tag constructions; conducts RFID, adhesion, durability, and production-line testing; troubleshoots application and encoding issues; supports prototypes, trials, validation, scale-up, and commercialization. The role also prepares technical documentation, trains internal and external stakeholders, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports standardization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Supports full-cycle human resources with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing applicant pipelines, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, employee records, training, recognition programs, and offboarding. The role also handles HR inquiries, reporting, administrative tasks, events, tuition reimbursement, and support for a geographically dispersed workforce.

Support preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for US and some global operations. Analyze monthly business results, prepare reporting packages, perform pricing and profitability analyses, model scenarios for new business proposals, communicate with sales leadership, and assist on special projects to inform management decisions.
