Leads national retail accounts for Checkpoint MAS solutions, including EAS, RFID, Alpha, and IoT. Develops sales strategies, manages revenue and profitability, builds customer relationships, closes complex solution sales, forecasts demand, and identifies new business opportunities. Partners with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and customers on innovation programs and product strategy. Requires strong presentation, business planning, forecasting, collaboration, and account-growth skills.

Develops RFID labels, smart labels, and packaging solutions by translating customer requirements into manufacturable designs. Selects materials, adhesives, inlays, chips, antennas, and tag constructions; conducts RFID, adhesion, durability, and production-line testing; troubleshoots application and encoding issues; supports prototypes, trials, validation, scale-up, and commercialization. The role also prepares technical documentation, trains internal and external stakeholders, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports standardization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Designs and develops high-density analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal PCBs for RFID readers, IoT devices, and accessories. Responsibilities include schematic review, component selection, high-speed multilayer layout, signal integrity, prototype validation, board bring-up, troubleshooting, test procedure development, and fabrication documentation. Collaborates with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and vendor teams while supporting compliance, sustaining engineering, cost optimization, and production testing.
