Lead development and productionisation of custom ML and LLM systems for customer feedback: fine-tune and evaluate models, build retrieval/reranking and agentic features, design evaluation frameworks, collaborate with Engineering and Product, mentor team members, and drive model-serving and monitoring work.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for a customer-experience analytics platform. Architect distributed systems, own end-to-end delivery, integrate LLMs and AI pipelines, optimize database performance, ensure observability and production reliability, and collaborate with Product on features and technical direction.

Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and productionise ML and LLM models for customer feedback tasks (extraction, retrieval, reranking, summarisation, sentiment). Build retrieval and embedding pipelines, contribute to evaluation frameworks and metrics, write tested code, collaborate on integrations and monitoring, and translate product needs into ML experiments while keeping up with research.
