Build and ship machine learning models and LLM-powered features for customer feedback analysis. Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, developing retrieval and reranking systems, designing evaluation frameworks, improving semantic search, writing production-quality code, collaborating on serving and monitoring, translating business needs into ML solutions, supporting client benchmarks, and mentoring teammates.

Develop and evaluate machine learning models for customer feedback, including classification, extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis, retrieval, reranking, and semantic search. Build LLM-powered features, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning pipelines, and model integrations. Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to translate requirements into experiments and production solutions, while monitoring research and documenting work clearly.

Build, train, evaluate and productionise custom ML and LLM models for customer feedback: fine-tuning pipelines, retrieval/reranking, summarisation, sentiment, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, product and commercial teams, mentor colleagues, run experiments, and translate business needs into practical ML solutions.
