Supports meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for skilled nursing residents. Ensures meals meet dietary needs and are provided respectfully and on time. Collaborates with dietary and nursing teams to support resident well-being and a welcoming dining experience.

Lead the facility-wide Infection Prevention and Control Program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, OSHA, CDC, APIC, and other regulatory standards. The role prioritizes infection prevention goals, collaborates with department managers and medical directors, and serves as a clinical resource, consultant, educator, and facilitator for staff.

Directs a skilled nursing facility’s social services program, supporting residents’ psychosocial needs, rights, care planning, transitions, discharge planning, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, therapeutic interventions, family and community coordination, abuse prevention, staff education, regulatory survey preparation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Requires an associate degree or related experience, at least one year in a healthcare setting, and willingness to obtain Social Services Designee certification.

Oversee the organization’s HR function in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Responsibilities include employee orientation, HR program implementation, employee documentation for FMLA and leaves, benefits enrollment assistance, labor law compliance, ATS-based recruitment, and collaboration with facility departments. The role requires long-term care HR experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and effective teamwork.
