The Associate Product Manager supports product line decisions and leads new product development from requirements gathering through launch. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, prioritizing features and bugs, maintaining documentation and roadmaps, coordinating firmware releases, developing training and marketing materials, analyzing sales and margins, conducting competitive research, supporting custom configurations, and collaborating with customers and partners. The role works in a manufacturing environment and requires 10–15% travel.

Drive regional sales growth through direct end-user sales, distributor and partner management, and consultant/contractor engagement. Develop and execute territory strategies to expand product penetration and market share for CPI data center and networking infrastructure solutions while coordinating with internal support teams.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. Leads continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manages equipment and facility projects, supports product launch and ECO/ECN changes, trains staff, and ensures OSHA-compliant, reliable production operations.

Lead CPI's global Supplier Quality Management System and Supplier Development Program. Establish supplier quality strategy, metrics, audits, qualifications, and corrective actions. Manage Supplier Quality Engineers, drive supplier performance improvements, support new product introductions, and serve as CPI QMS document control authority. Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Engineering and travel up to 30%.
