Leads manufacturing operations across safety, quality, productivity, delivery, budgeting, and operational excellence. Drives Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, process optimization, quality standards, and data-driven performance management. Develops production teams, collaborates with engineering and quality departments, supports safety compliance, resolves operational issues, and presents recommendations to senior leadership while maintaining a hands-on production-floor presence.

The Associate Product Manager supports product line decisions and leads new product development from requirements gathering through launch. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, prioritizing features and bugs, maintaining documentation and roadmaps, coordinating firmware releases, developing training and marketing materials, analyzing sales and margins, conducting competitive research, supporting custom configurations, and collaborating with customers and partners. The role works in a manufacturing environment and requires 10–15% travel.

Drive regional sales growth through direct end-user sales, distributor and partner management, and consultant/contractor engagement. Develop and execute territory strategies to expand product penetration and market share for CPI data center and networking infrastructure solutions while coordinating with internal support teams.
