Leads the Sloan Creek campus’s New Guests, Weekend Experience, Care, Groups, and Outreach ministries. Develops leaders, coordinates planning and operations, integrates work across campuses, communicates with staff and volunteers, and supports weekend services through hosting, speaking, trainings, baptisms, and pastoral care. The role also participates in campus leadership, church-wide pastoral duties, meetings, and ministry projects.

Lead and protect the organizations visual brand across campaigns and initiatives. Provide creative direction, develop design systems and templates, manage freelancers and volunteers, design high-impact pieces when needed, collaborate across teams, and foster growth among creative contributors.

Administer semi-monthly payroll in Paycom, ensure payroll tax and clergy housing allowance compliance, manage wage garnishments and filings, reconcile benefit accounts, administer employee benefits and open enrollment, respond to payroll/benefit inquiries, maintain HRIS data, and support confidential compensation reporting for the organization.
