Manage and execute social media and content strategy: plan and schedule posts, create and coordinate multimedia content, gather stories from ministries, manage volunteers and workflows, monitor engagement, and support event content capture.

Lead and protect the organizations visual brand across campaigns and initiatives. Provide creative direction, develop design systems and templates, manage freelancers and volunteers, design high-impact pieces when needed, collaborate across teams, and foster growth among creative contributors.

Administer semi-monthly payroll in Paycom, ensure payroll tax and clergy housing allowance compliance, manage wage garnishments and filings, reconcile benefit accounts, administer employee benefits and open enrollment, respond to payroll/benefit inquiries, maintain HRIS data, and support confidential compensation reporting for the organization.
