Manage client relationships and creative design projects from proposal through completion. Coordinate stakeholders, resources, timelines, milestones, assets, meetings, presentations, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, invoicing, and pipelines while maintaining client and internal alignment. The role requires strong communication, organization, diplomacy, creativity, and familiarity with Mac systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, branding, packaging, and commercial design trends.

Develops strategic, conceptual copy for brand campaigns, packaging, digital touchpoints, presentations, naming, messaging systems, and brand guidelines. Collaborates with creative, design, account, and client teams to shape memorable ideas and client-facing storytelling. Manages multiple projects, adapts voice across consumer categories, incorporates cultural and campaign trends, and refines work through feedback from concept to final execution.
