Chase Design Group is currently seeking an Account Manager for our New York office. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relations and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The Account Manager performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of the project.
Responsibilities:
• Develop proposals and scope of work documents for projects
• Review proposals with an Account Director, and creative and production leads to align on design process, timelines and hours allocation
• Plan projects to meet goals within constraints of time, cost and material specifications
• Create detailed timelines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources
• Run and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis with the support of an Account Director
• Collect necessary assets from client
• Develop competitive decks for internal teams to get up-to-speed on category
• Participate in the creation of presentations with the creative lead
• Attend meetings with client as appropriate
• Document meeting feedback if present and gain alignment from internal team and client prior to moving forward with next steps
• Juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Manage invoicing and provide weekly job financials including job profitability, and new project pipeline
• Maintain organized project files, work folders and client records
Requirements
• 2-4 years’ experience in a fast-paced creative environment, print-focused is a big plus
• Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, creative
• Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
• A clear communicator, in person and writing
• Mac proficient – Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a communal atmosphere
• Aware of current brands and commercial trends especially as they relate to design and packaging development
Salary: $85-105K
