Coordinate Air National Guard staff actions, tasking workflows, correspondence, governance calendars, meetings, senior-leader materials, and digital records. Manage ETMS2/ETS and SharePoint- and Teams-based workflows, route tasks, assign action officers, track RSVPs, coordinate secure video teleconferences, support governance sessions, and maintain document repositories. The role requires federal or DoD workflow experience and an active Secret clearance.

Lead National Guard Bureau contract operations as on-site ANG site lead and Alternate Contract Manager. Manage ETMS2 tasking workflows, governance support, business rules, process improvements, training development, SharePoint administration, and executive staff operations. Facilitate workflow synchronization meetings, oversee task management activities, review training materials, and deliver executive-level writing presentations. The role requires extensive DoD or federal experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.
