Manage insurance and client payment processing: verify eligibility, post payments, resolve denials and rejections, follow up on AR, complete month-end reconciliation, and submit claims electronically or via paper for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers.

Provide specialized service coordination for Janus Program participants: assess needs, develop individualized plans, coordinate benefits/treatment/support, meet frequently to intervene and monitor progress, and participate in rotating on-call support.

Part-time front desk/registration role handling phone support, client check-in, co-pay processing, scanning IDs/insurance, uploading consumer photos, and closing/locking the office for evening shifts. Requires customer service, multitasking, confidentiality, and calmness in stressful situations.
