Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program. The Janus Program is a unique permanent supportive housing program that will support individuals with mental health issues in their own homes. As the Director of the Janus Program, this position will lead a team in the development and implementation of a mobile program to locate housing and teach and support individuals in the community. Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, Counseling or Education and 3 years mental health direct care experience preferred

Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, anthropology, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Education or be a Registered Nurse AND 5 years mental health experience, 2 of which are supervisory.

Skills Required

What We Do
Chartiers Center is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate support for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). They operate through three key service lines: Recovery Treatment, Recovery Support, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, offering recovery-oriented outpatient treatment and telehealth services to ensure a person-centered approach to care and improvement for those in need.
