Leads finance, revenue cycle, accounting, grants, audits, compliance, payroll, internal controls, and administrative operations across a multi-site healthcare network. Oversees eClinicalWorks optimization, medical billing, fund accounting, financial reporting, vendor management, procurement, clinic logistics, resource allocation, and clinical equipment support. Supervises a 5–7-person team and partners with executive leadership, auditors, regulators, and external agencies.

Diagnoses and treats eye and visual-system conditions, performs comprehensive eye examinations, analyzes test results, develops treatment plans, prescribes corrective lenses and medications, and provides pre- and post-operative care. Documents patient interactions in electronic health records, educates patients, monitors treatment effectiveness, makes referrals, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains patient privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
