Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, consolidations, cash controls, and month-end close. Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, government reports, budgets, productivity reports, and audit documentation. Establish accounting policies and internal controls, supervise payroll and accounting staff, support compliance requirements, and provide financial analysis and recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
