Own and maintain integrations and automation connecting MES, ERP, and MRV systems (Manufacturo, NetSuite, Mangrove). Build and maintain C# automation, SQL data pipelines, system admin tasks, anomaly triage, UAT, and documentation. Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, MRV, and Finance to ensure reliable data flows and secure infrastructure.

Lead development and scale-up of pyrolysis and biomass conversion processes from pilot to commercial scale. Define test plans, resolve scale-up and operability issues, develop process models and documentation, lead safety analyses (HAZOP/FMEA/MOC), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust industrial processes.

Design and improve pyrolysis mechanical and electromechanical systems for production, select components, run thermal/flow analysis, develop test and commissioning plans, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams, and support on-call production as needed.
