The Outside Sales Representative develops produce sales in Tucson, builds relationships with local foodservice operators, and achieves profitability goals.

Prepare, process, and package fresh-cut fruit per recipes and food-safety standards in a refrigerated production line. Cut, slice, dice, peel, wash, weigh, bag, and operate mechanical processing equipment. Maintain GMPs and sanitary work areas, meet production goals, and work as part of a team on an early morning shift with weekend availability.

Inspect warehouse and cold-room inventories multiple times daily, open cases to check dates and rotation, coordinate with warehouse, sales, buying, QA and operations to move or clear product, assist with quality and food-safety audits, report trends and issues, and support continuous quality operations.

Provide administrative support for shipping, receiving, and inventory: answer calls, print and maintain orders, create labels, enter received quantities and paperwork, support cross-department communications, and handle customer payments and special projects.

Lead month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, internal controls, and audit readiness. Partner with operations and sales on accounts, inventory, and performance reporting. Mentor accounting team members and improve accounting processes.

Manage full‑cycle bi‑weekly multi‑state payroll for 1,700+ employees; supervise two payroll staff; oversee tax filings, reconciliations, audits, garnishments, 401(k) contributions and W‑2s; develop SOPs, controls, metrics, and payroll system security; partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll issues and improve processes for efficiency and scalability.

Enter vendor invoice images and data into the electronic payment system, maintain vendor accounts, resolve pricing/receiving issues, respond to vendor correspondence, communicate with internal teams, and support Finance Department projects and process improvements.

Operate and position company trucks in the yard, maintain dock assignments and temperature logs, inspect refrigeration units and complete Vehicle Inspection Reports, manage transportation spreadsheets and route assignments, coordinate with warehouse for loading, and perform other transportation support duties. Role is DOT-regulated and safety-sensitive.

Provide administrative and data-entry support for warehouse operations: answer phones, enter received product quantities into WMS and spreadsheets, print orders, create labels, handle customer invoicing and payments, perform stock adjustments and inter-company paperwork, support special projects, and communicate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide customer service and sales support by taking orders, processing credits, upselling products, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with procurement and operations, maintaining call sheets and paperwork, performing warehouse/quality checks, and assisting the sales team with promotions and special projects.

Pickers are responsible for filling orders in a refrigerated warehouse, building pallets, checking order accuracy, and communicating issues to supervisors.

Order Selectors at Charlie's Produce work to ensure high-quality, accurate orders using industrial equipment in a refrigerated environment, managing multiple warehouse functions.

Repack Associates ensure accurate packaging of produce per customer specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards in a refrigerated environment. Requires attention to detail, attendance, and ability to lift up to 60lbs.

Manage and grow retail and foodservice accounts for Nature's World and Healeo Juice. Drive sales, develop new business, build product programs and pricing, coordinate with buyers and operations, ensure order accuracy and food-safety compliance, handle customer service and issue resolution, merchandise in-store displays, and travel the assigned territory to support relationships and execution.

Sell and grow accounts with foodservice customers by prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business. Maintain high client satisfaction, manage a high-volume book of business, present products to market, handle account administration, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Prepare financial analyses, statements, budgets, and forecasts; monitor variances and KPIs; support profitability and process-improvement initiatives; partner with CFO and business managers; liaise with IT and complete special projects to improve financial performance.

Support daily indoor farm production: planting, harvesting, packing, labeling, cleaning, and documenting food-safety procedures. Perform physical warehouse tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), use Excel/basic computer tools for records, follow safety protocols, and complete required background checks.

Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 1,600+ employees using ADP Workforce Now; administer time and attendance; handle employee maintenance, payroll calculations, deductions, corrections, and government reporting. Reconcile payroll GL accounts, prepare payroll-related accounting entries and reports, maintain confidential records and SOPs, support Payroll Administrator, and partner with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and improve payroll processes.
