Manage full-cycle bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 1,700+ employees; supervise and coach two payroll staff; oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, tax filings, garnishments, 401(k) contributions, audits, and year-end reporting; develop SOPs and internal controls; partner with HR, Finance, and department leaders to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.

Lead ERP financials efforts by eliciting requirements, mapping as-is/to-be processes, translating needs into designs and user stories, supporting configuration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), training, reporting, and change management to ensure successful ERP deployments and ongoing financial process improvements.

Support daily indoor farm production: planting, harvesting, packing, labeling, cleaning, and documenting food-safety procedures. Perform physical warehouse tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), use Excel/basic computer tools for records, follow safety protocols, and complete required background checks.
