Manage credit and collections for assigned accounts, including reviewing aging reports, making collection calls, assessing customer risk, reconciling deductions, resolving disputes, documenting account adjustments, and coordinating payment processing. The role also maintains customer relationships, responds to inquiries, processes refunds, reports delinquent accounts, and completes special projects.

Provides night-shift administrative and operational support for warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, transportation, and sales functions. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining orders, creating labels, processing transfers, entering product quantities, handling documentation, recording payments, responding to inquiries, and supporting special projects. Requires accurate data entry, strong organization, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400 inventory systems.

Select full-case produce orders using a voice-pick headset and riding pallet jack. Organize products carefully on pallets, wrap and stage completed orders, follow food safety procedures, and meet productivity and accuracy standards. The role requires working independently in a refrigerated warehouse, frequently lifting 40–60 pounds, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
