Manage bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for more than 1,700 employees while supervising two payroll staff. Oversee payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, tax filings, journal entries, benefits, garnishments, year-end reporting, access permissions, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, department leaders, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain controls, improve workflows, and protect confidential payroll information.

Enter vendor invoice images and data into the electronic payment system, maintain vendor accounts, resolve pricing/receiving issues, respond to vendor correspondence, communicate with internal teams, and support Finance Department projects and process improvements.

Provides administrative and operational support for warehouse and office functions. Duties include answering calls, maintaining customer orders, creating labels, processing intercompany transfers, entering received product quantities, supporting shipping and receiving, recording customer payments, coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams, and completing documentation and special projects.
