Oversees assigned long-term care departments ensuring regulatory compliance, census and staffing management, budget oversight, audits, corrective actions, committee reporting, disaster drill coordination, and acts as Administrator/Corporate Compliance Officer when needed.

Lead and manage all nursing services for a long-term care facility, overseeing staffing, training, compliance, quality assurance, investigations, budgets, EMR policies, and participation in leadership committees to ensure regulatory and patient-care standards.

Perform monthly closings, post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage fixed assets and depreciation, prepare internal financial statements, process outpatient and entity cash receipts, handle ancillary and dental billing, reconcile accounts receivable, assist with audits and deposits, support collections and reporting, and perform various accounting tasks as assigned.
