Perform monthly closings, post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage fixed assets and depreciation, prepare internal financial statements, process outpatient and entity cash receipts, handle ancillary and dental billing, reconcile accounts receivable, assist with audits and deposits, support collections and reporting, and perform various accounting tasks as assigned.

Lead and manage all nursing services for a long-term care facility, overseeing staffing, training, compliance, quality assurance, investigations, budgets, EMR policies, and participation in leadership committees to ensure regulatory and patient-care standards.

Manage clinical nursing oversight for a 32-bed NeuroCare unit, supervise staff, complete MDS assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate care plans and family updates, lead quality and safety meetings, and support staff training and performance evaluations.
