Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, benefits and HRIS administration (Paylocity), employee inquiries, performance check-ins, engagement and development initiatives, timesheet audits, and HR documentation management.

The Client Development Manager leads the vCIO team, ensuring high-quality strategic advisory services, coaching vCIOs, and monitoring client retention metrics while improving processes and collaboration.

Design, implement, and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure; troubleshoot end-user issues; maintain Windows, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, VMware/Hyper-V, network devices, and backup/DR solutions; document systems and tickets in ConnectWise; coordinate with vendors and communicate status to clients.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding entry-level talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Manage and maintain compliance programs by conducting framework and risk assessments, writing and updating policies/SOPs, configuring GRC platforms, coordinating audits, driving remediation, and supporting clients and internal teams on compliance tasks and projects.

Provide presales Operational Maturity Level assessments, architect and design technical solutions, create client roadmaps and estimates, support account management with technical vision, serve as SME for Charles IT services, and assist with time-sensitive implementations and client delivery.

The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary client liaison, managing technical escalations and ensuring successful project delivery while mentoring the technical team and developing client best practices.
