Oversee daily accounting operations, including transaction posting, AP/AR, payroll, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and month-end close. Improve internal controls and accounting processes while ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews, providing financial guidance and supporting companywide decision-making.

Manages compliance assessments, policies, SOPs, GRC platforms, risk assessments, framework reviews, audit preparation, evidence collection, and remediation activities. Coordinates with clients, internal teams, and external auditors, facilitates tabletop exercises, maintains compliance baselines, tracks tasks and milestones, supports client relationships, handles escalations, and mentors junior team members.

Serves as the primary liaison for technical clients, managing relationships, escalations, client roadmaps, technical team mentoring, solution accuracy, project delivery, recurring status meetings, and documentation. Requires strong IT experience, communication, organization, follow-through, and independent work skills. The role supports client business objectives while guiding teams toward technical best practices.
