Manages compliance assessments, policies, SOPs, GRC platform baselines, risk assessments, audits, evidence collection, and remediation efforts. Coordinates with clients, stakeholders, and external auditors across frameworks including SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, CMMC, and NYDFS. Tracks compliance projects, facilitates tabletop exercises, maintains client relationships, provides regulatory guidance, handles escalations, and mentors junior team members.

Paid 90-day internship supporting office operations, administrative tasks, workspace setup, deliveries, errands, office moves, supply restocking, events, and special projects. The role includes coordinating company vehicle maintenance and transporting vehicles, assisting multiple office locations, and maintaining organized, welcoming workspaces. Candidates must be dependable, organized, communicative, physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, licensed to drive, proficient in Microsoft Office, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Provide field and escalation support for clients, troubleshoot end-user and Microsoft technology issues, administer Windows, Office 365, SQL, SharePoint, VMware, and Hyper-V environments, and support backup, disaster recovery, networking, and security devices. Communicate ticket progress and service changes, document procedures and service work in ConnectWise, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a client-focused environment.
