Lead and manage nursing services across the health center, overseeing staff, policies, quality assurance, budgets, recruitment, training, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical and community partners to ensure high-quality patient care.

Executive leader responsible for philanthropy, fundraising, grants management, public relations, communications, strategic partnerships, and institutional advancement. Develops diversified revenue strategies, oversees the complete grant lifecycle including HRSA/BPHC funding, cultivates donors and funders, manages external communications and reputation, supports boards and community engagement, supervises staff, manages budgets and vendors, and monitors fundraising, grant, media, and engagement performance.

Provide nutrition assessments, counseling, and culturally sensitive education to WIC participants; obtain measurements and conduct hemoglobin and lead screenings; design and issue WIC food packages; promote breastfeeding; refer participants to medical and community resources; deliver services at satellite clinics when needed and maintain job knowledge through training.

Review and process patient charges and insurance claims, correct rejections/denials, file appeals, apply sliding fee schedules, respond to patient billing inquiries, enter demographics and payments, and collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Team to resolve reimbursement issues.

Lead IT strategy and day-to-day operations for the health center, manage network and server infrastructure, ensure security and backups, administer Active Directory, Exchange and SQL, oversee IT staff lifecycle and budgets, provide user support and training, and maintain compliance and EMR-related systems.
