Jobs at charity: water

Cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors ($25K+ portfolios) through in-person and virtual engagement, stewarding visitors to the Experience Lab, supporting events, identifying prospects, managing projects for the Key Relationships team, and contributing to revenue targets and team onboarding.

Lead accounting operations for US and UK entities, own month-end close, audits, GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, treasury, internal controls, and regulatory filings (including Form 990). Manage and develop the accounting team, support ERP/CRM implementations (NetSuite, Salesforce), and partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to improve systems and controls.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Creative team to shape charity: water's brand and storytelling across digital and physical experiences. Own creative operations, systems, budget, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive high-impact campaigns, incorporate emerging immersive technologies, oversee content production and field shoots, and ensure quality, ethical media practices.

Lead cash flow, reserves, restricted funds planning, and investment/liquidity modeling. Partner cross-functionally to translate revenue into deployable cash, allocate donor-restricted funds, monitor risks, and support investment tracking and reporting.
