Entry-level accounting role focused on accounts payable, expense review and coding, vendor and employee inquiries, expense system administration, audit and 990 support, month-end journal entries and reconciliations, creating processes, managing state nonprofit registrations, and supporting ad hoc administrative projects.

Lead charity: water's copywriting efforts, crafting persuasive, brand-aligned copy for campaigns, web, print, email, social, scripts, and reports. Partner with stakeholders, develop narrative concepts and taglines, evolve voice and ensure brand consistency across projects.

Lead growth of charity: water's $25M+ consumer revenue by owning full-funnel recurring-donor strategy (acquisition, retention, upgrades). Direct paid media strategy and agencies, build AI-optimized media operations, manage two direct reports, drive testing/experimentation, partner cross-functionally on product and analytics, and measure success by Spring enrollment, LTV, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
