Teams at charity: water

Cultivate and steward major donors, manage a portfolio of supporters capable of giving $10,000 or more annually, and grow philanthropic revenue. Build long-term relationships, communicate organizational priorities and donor impact, maintain CRM records, host regional events, and develop metrics-driven fundraising strategies. The role requires regular donor visits and U.S. travel while collaborating across teams to support charity: water’s revenue goals.

Lead cash flow, reserves, restricted funds planning, and investment/liquidity modeling. Partner cross-functionally to translate revenue into deployable cash, allocate donor-restricted funds, monitor risks, and support investment tracking and reporting.

Cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors ($25K+ portfolios) through in-person and virtual engagement, stewarding visitors to the Experience Lab, supporting events, identifying prospects, managing projects for the Key Relationships team, and contributing to revenue targets and team onboarding.
