Develops and maintains BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, data pipelines, ETL jobs, and data warehouse or lake integrations. Optimizes SQL queries and BI solution performance, supports report migration and modernization, and provides technical support during off-hours when needed. The role also requires collaboration with business and technical teams, automation or API development, documentation, communication, and mentoring.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll inquiries, timekeeping, employee engagement, and HR transactions. Provides frontline HR support, maintains HRIS data accuracy, manages Zoho HR systems, reports HR analytics, initiates background checks, and handles confidential information. Collaborates with the HR Business Partner on employee-centric events and organizational initiatives.

Lead and optimize end-to-end chargeback operations, driving strategic planning, process improvements, and SLA management. Oversee cross-functional teams, integrate data science into dispute workflows, ensure compliance and risk controls, deliver client-facing reporting, and maintain SOPs/SOWs to improve efficiency, quality, and revenue recovery.
