An ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience working in live projects related to data Engineering or Business Intelligence.

1.2         Responsibilities

·       Work with business groups and technical teams to develop and maintain BI Reports & Dashboards.

·       Designing, developing, and maintaining complex BI solutions, such as dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

·       Knowledge on extract data from various sources such as files, cloud, and databases & load to data warehouse and data lake.

·       Responsible for performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions and ensure that the BI solutions perform efficiently and provide quick responses.

·       Provide technical support during weekends, after-hours and holidays when needed.

·       Hands-on experience in developing BI Reports and Dashboards, and report migration, modernization, and upgrade activities.

·       Visualization & BI Tools: Experience with one or more of the following tools: MS Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or AWS QuickSight.

·       Strong experience in developing data pipelines and ETL jobs using Python, Informatica, DataStage, or other ETL technologies.

·       Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing simple to complex SQL queries, including joins, sub queries, CTEs, aggregations, and performance optimization.

·       Experience in developing Python applications, automation scripts, or REST APIs will be an added advantage.

·       Knowledge in one or more of the following domains – fraud and risk, retail payments, banking, and financial services.

1.4         Experience

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of >= 4 years. Possession of a professional degree / post-graduation is desirable. Certifications in the respective technology areas will be an added advantage.

ISMS Mandatory training

 Ensuring compliance with ISMS requirements, including timely completion of all mandatory information security training, is an essential part of this role.

 PII Data Protection Clause for Candidate data retention and deletion

 In accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, particularly Annex A 5.34 Privacy and Protection of PII, the organization ensures that all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected during the recruitment process is handled lawfully, securely, and in alignment with relevant privacy, legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Candidate information including resumes, application forms, assessments, communication records, and any other identifiable data will be retained for a maximum of three (3) months from the date of submission or last activity. After this retention period, if the candidate is not selected, all associated PII will be permanently deleted from organizational records using secure deletion methods appropriate to the storage medium.

 The organization maintains dedicated policies and procedures for the preservation, privacy, and protection of PII, with defined roles and responsibilities to ensure proper handling throughout its lifecycle. All processing of candidate PII is restricted to authorized personnel and aligned with data minimization, access control, and secure disposal requirements as required by ISO 27001:2022 Annex A 5.34.
