Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and field teams; manage vendors and logistics; track requirements, design reviews, risks, dependencies, and critical path through production readiness and on-site deployment.

Lead and mentor a 12+ person engineering team, oversee development cycles for electromechanical systems, and scale operations from R&D to production.

Design, build, test, and deploy robotics software for field-deployed solar-farm robots. Work across perception, motion planning, controls, and low-level embedded systems to safely operate industrial automation hardware in unstructured outdoor environments. Contribute to documentation, CI, and iterative improvements; support field deployments.
