Provides front-office, HR, safety-training, general administrative, and basic IT support at a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include visitor coordination, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, training documentation, scheduling, office supplies, document preparation, event support, and basic technology troubleshooting. The role serves employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and site leadership while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.

Performs food production and packaging tasks, including loading equipment, inspecting and labeling vacuum-sealed meat, assembling and sealing boxes, weighing products, palletizing shipments, and setting date and lot information. Follows safety, sanitation, quality, and standard work procedures in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Requires frequent lifting, manual dexterity, teamwork, and the ability to follow established processes.

Clean and sanitize food manufacturing equipment, production areas, and facility surfaces. Perform allergen cleanups, changeover sanitation, chemical concentration checks, supply replenishment, documentation, inspections, and environmental monitoring. Follow GMPs, food safety standards, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe chemical handling practices while coordinating with Production and Quality Assurance teams. Work occurs overnight in cold, wet, and noisy conditions and requires lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provides physical security for personnel and property through access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response, emergency coordination, visitor and delivery processing, evidence protection, and security reporting. The role operates security devices, responds to suspicious activity and emergencies, enforces policies, and supports investigations. Work is shift-based and may involve nights, weekends, holidays, outdoor conditions, PPE, extended standing, and physical response duties.
